BaltCap is the leading private equity investor in the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). We provide equity capital for growth-oriented Baltic companies. Since 1995, we have invested into 39 different companies and completed 24 exits.

In addition to financing, BaltCap always seeks to add value to the portfolio companies. Our team has a hands-on approach and works closely together with the company management out of our offices in the Baltic capitals. We believe that our experience and network of advisers contribute a lot to our portfolio companies’ success.

Over 12 years BaltCap has raised five funds: Baltic Investment Fund I and II are fully exited; Baltic Investment Fund III and Baltic SME Fund are fully invested; BaltCap Private Equity Fund is actively investing.

BaltCap is a member of European Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian Venture Capital Associations.
