BaltCap is the leading private equity investor in the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). We provide equity capital for growth-oriented Baltic companies. Since 1995, we have invested into more than 50 different companies.

In addition to financing, BaltCap always seeks to add value to the portfolio companies. Our team has a hands-on approach and works closely together with the company management out of our offices in the Baltic capitals. We believe that our experience and network of advisers contribute a lot to our portfolio companies’ success.

Over 12 years BaltCap has raised several funds: Baltic Investment Fund I and II are fully exited; Baltic Investment Fund III and Baltic SME Fund are fully invested; BaltCap Private Equity Fund and BaltCap Latvian Venture Capital Fund are actively investing.
