Peeter has been as a member of the Baltcap board since 2001, in 2005 he became Managing Partner. Peeter’s past positions include Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Suprema Securities, Chairman of the Suprevisory Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange, Managing Director of Talinvest and Auditor of PriceWaterhouse.

Peeter is a supervisory board member in Intrac, Energate, EGeen, eKool and Quattromed HTI.

Martin joined Baltcap in the beginning of 2000. Previously he worked for the machinery trading company Nava. Martin holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Tallinn Technical University.

Martin is currently a supervisory board member in Interinfo and AME.

Dagnis joined Baltcap in 2000 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Manager of Financial Advisory Services. Dagnis founded Baltcap’s Latvian office. He holds a BSBA degree in Finance and Economics from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, US.

Dagnis is currently a supervisory board member in Hansa Electronics, Adam Auto, DEPO DIY, V.L.T and in Papirfabrika Ligatne.

Simonas joined BaltCap in 2005. Prior to this he has 8 years of experience from Suprema, where he was Partner of Corporate Finance. He has an Executive MBA degree from INSEAD.

Matts joined Baltcap in 2000. Matts is the Managing Director of Sitra Management Ltd. In this capacity he is a board member of eight general partnerships managing a total capital of EUR 600 million. From 1985 to 1998 he was the Vice President of Sitra. Matts also initiated and led Sitra’s fund investment strategy and has participated in 30 private equity funds in Finland, Western Europe and the US. He was a founding member and Chairman of the Finnish Venture Capital Association and between 1990-1994 was a board member of the European Venture Capital Association, Chairman between 1992-1993. Matts holds a Master degree in Economics from School of Economics and Business Administration, Åbo Academy, Finland.
