Kristjan was a founder of the Estonian operations of BaltCap. Mr. Kalda has more than 7 years experience in private equity. He has previously served as the head of the mergers and acquisitions team at Suprema. He has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Council in a number of the large Baltic and Estonian companies such as Microlink, SAF Tehnika, Vipex and Standard. He studied Economics at Tallinn Technical University.
