Pawel Szykowny​ joined BaltCap Infrastructure Fund in 2022 as an Investment Director​ based in Warsaw. Pawel brings extensive experience from Engie Poland, where he served as Head of Energy Efficiency and was responsible for the modernisation of Warsaw Chopin Airport and PPP projects in Opalenica, Zgierz and Sopot​.

Pawel holds a master’s degree from the Warsaw University of Technology.
