Peteris Celms

Peteris joined the BaltCap Infrastructure Fund team in 2023.

Previously, he worked at BluOr Bank, where he was responsible for investment strategy and day-to-day management of discretionary investment portfolios for HNW clients. Before that, Peteris worked for a Swiss boutique investment fund as the lead analyst for their Emerging Markets equity strategy.

Peteris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
