Cornerstone Laid for New Endel Tulvingu Health Center at Ülemiste City

On February 10, the cornerstone was laid for the new Endel Tulvingu Health Center at Ülemiste City. When finished in 2027, it will become the largest privately-owned health center in the Baltics, with Pihlakodu, a modern nursing home, as its main tenant.

The start of Health House 3 marks the final phase of the campus’s expansion, adding more space and services to the Ülemiste City health campus. “Ülemiste City started as an idea in 2018, and today it’s one of the region’s key health hubs,” said Sten Pärnits, Chairman of Mainor Ülemiste. “With Pihlakodu joining us, we now offer services that cover a person’s entire life and connect seniors, children, students, and the wider community.”

Health House 3, connected to Health House 2 by a gallery, will cover 10,500 square meters across seven floors. Designed by Apex Architecture Office, it features natural materials, lots of greenery, and soft pastel tones. A surrounding park and green belt will blend the campus into the environment and make it feel welcoming.

Over the past six years, Ülemiste City has invested €30 million in health services. The campus now offers more than 35 services to over 3,000 clients, supported by 250 healthcare professionals. Its 3×3 health model, developed with the University of Tartu, promotes mental, physical, and social well-being for people of all ages.

Today, Ülemiste City is home to nearly 400 companies and 18,000 people, offering a place to work, live, and learn across 30 hectares and 170,000 square meters of office space, while continuing to expand its health services for the community.
