BaltCap is committed to sustainable investing. Environmental, social and governance („ESG“) factors are fully integrated in our everyday operations across all areas of our business. We have a 10-year track record of reporting our ESG performance, and we aim to continuously improve our results.

We abide by Invest Europe’s Professional Standards. We have laid down our principles in a Responsible Investment Policy and Code of Responsible Behavior that summarize our fundamental values and those of our portfolio companies.

We have been a signatory of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) since 2008 and are a member of the European, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian private equity and venture capital associations.
