BaltCap (Lithuania SME Fund) has sold its stake in Exercise Investment, the company controlling the Lemon Gym and Impuls fitness clubs

BaltCap (Lithuania SME Fund), a private equity fund focused on small and medium-sized Lithuanian companies, has sold its 88.1% stake in Exercise Investment, the company controlling the Lemon Gym and Impuls fitness club chains, to UAB Longevity Fund, managed by Aggressive Capital.

The transaction includes the establishment of a new private equity fund of approximately EUR 20 million, targeting investments in the Baltic consumer services, wellness, and leisure sectors. The deal ensures continuity as the existing management team of Impuls and Lemon Gym remains among the shareholders and will continue working alongside the new investor to drive stable and sustainable business growth.

“The main advantage of this transaction is that it ensures continuity of management while opening up new investment opportunities in the rapidly growing wellness sector in the Baltic States,” said a BaltCap representative.

Aggressive Capital, managed by a group of collective investment undertakings, invests primarily in real estate and shares in companies managing real estate assets.
