Piletilevi PLG Acquires Ticketportal Slovakia and Czechia

BaltCap portfolio company Piletilevi PLG has taken a significant step in its international expansion by acquiring Ticketportal, the leading ticketing platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The deal was closed on June 12 in Prague, and will significantly increase PLG’s GMV to nearly €600 million annually.

PLG operates in seven European markets and continues to strengthen its position as the largest ticketing operator in Central Europe. The company continues to execute its long-term strategy of uniting regional leaders to provide the most efficient sales channels for event organizers.
