Viru Haigla AS operates two business lines: Karell Kiirabi, a leading private ambulance business in Estonia, and an elderly care chain under the brand Pihlakodu.

Karell Kiirabi operates a fleet of 15 ambulance vehicles and teams mainly in Harjumaa and Lääne- and Ida-Virumaa.

After the completion of a greenfield development in Tabasalu, Pihlakodu will operate 4 facilities close to 500 beds with 2 modern facilities in Tallinn and adjacent areas.
