Renate Murniece

Renate joined BaltCap in 2022 at the Riga office.
She is responsible for internal and external communication, stakeholder engagement, and the coordination of corporate events. Renate has strong experience in communications, event management, and office operations, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear information flow across teams.

Before joining BaltCap, Renate worked for the largest air filter manufacturer in the Baltics, where she gained valuable experience in corporate communication and organizational coordination.

Renate holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Tourism Management from the private university Turība, with a strong focus on strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and project management.
